After reaching out to a few lawyers regarding a very difficult situation with my 7yr old Jeep Grand Cherokee Eco diesel due to recall issues, Susan reached out to me promptly & addressed all of my concerns & agreed to review my documents and my case to see if she could help me. While a few other lawyers got back to me, most said they could not help and were not very confident about taking my case. Luckily Susan got back to me and agreed to take my case immediately. It was not an easy case due to the situation nor the fact that we were entering into a pandemic but She was still able to guide me through the process while pushing through to a settlement against the manufacturer along with my detailed record keeping & fight with FCA. She never gave up and always sought a different route when faced with roadblocks. She is strong witted, knowledgable and relentless. I trusted her completely and it PAID OFF. We settled and I turned my car in Jan 8, 2021 to FCA walking away satisfied that we won and did not come out defeated. I have since recommended Susan & her team and will continue to. I am forever thankful to her for helping me through a tough hand of cards I was dealt unexpectedly.

Susan and the team are great. They are genuinely caring (that I often did not experience from previous attorney/groups).
She explained difficult and often overwhelming and lengthy legal documents well for me to understand. They deserve 5 stars alone for the mere fact that they respond to phone calls and emails reasonably fast while being patient with my demand/needs even after I signed up. I am happy that I got my case resolved with Susan and the team, and I highly recommend them.

The Premier Justice Law team will go to the full extent to fight for your victory. I was involved in a car accident where I felt I had no hope and no emergency services respond to my location until hours later. However, one call changed everything and gave me hope. I was being taken care of by Susan. She listened to everything I had to say even when I had just suffered the accident. Immediate treatment and straight forward process was given to me.
